Friendship Bridge operates its programs as economically as possible. $0.77 of every dollar raised in 2008 was used for programs, including loan portfolio growth. The majority of funds come from individual donors.

Make an Honorary Donation

Making a donation in honor of someone is a thoughtful way to show your support. You can do this online or by mail. Just let us know who you'd like to honor in the "comments" box on the second page of the online donation form or print the form above and mail in your donation and we will send a gift card or letter acknowledging that you have made a donation to Friendship Bridge in his/her name. Be sure to include the address of the person you wish to honor.

Make a Monthly Gift

Friendship Bridge clients are participating in credit and education programs throughout the year. A monthly donation is the most sustainable type of gift for the women seeking to develop their small businesses and to work their way out of poverty. Make a Gift of Stock

Making a gift of appreciated securities, or stock, to Friendship Bridge is a simple way to make a meaningful conribution, avoid capital gains taxes and receive an income tax deduction for the fair market value of the stock at the time of the gift. Leverage Your Gift with a Corporate Match

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company has such a program, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift to Friendship Bridge. We will do the rest.
